Does Lux Player include channels or content?+
No. Lux Player is the player app only — you bring your own playlist from any provider. We do not sell, provide or bundle any channels, movies or series. Please don't purchase if you don't have a playlist, as no content is included and payments are non-refundable.
Which devices are supported?+
Available on Samsung Smart TVs (Tizen 2017+), LG webOS TVs, Titan OS TVs (Philips, AOC & JVC), Windows, Amazon Fire TV and Android.
Can I try before buying?+
Yes. Install the app and tap "Try Demo" to explore the full interface with sample content — no playlist or payment required.
How do I add my playlist?+
Visit luxplayer.app/upload, enter your Device ID and your playlist URL. Save and reload the app — content loads instantly.
My Device ID changed after switching connection type.+
Each device has different IDs for WiFi and Ethernet. If it changed, open the app on the new connection and use the new Device ID shown on screen.
Is one license for one device only?+
Yes. Each license is tied to one device. Purchase a separate license for each additional device.
My playlist won't open or freezes. What to do?+
Make sure your playlist is active with no limitations from your provider and check your internet connection. We do not have access to playlists and cannot assist with provider-side issues.
