• Device Identifier: Your device's unique identifier, used solely to link and validate your license.
• Email Address: Collected when you submit a contact form or complete a purchase, used for support and license delivery.
• IP Address: Recorded at the time of activation or web portal access, used for security and fraud prevention.
• Payment Reference: A transaction ID and payment status from PayPal. We never see or store your card or banking details.

We do not collect your playlist content, channel viewing history, or any sensitive personal information.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Validate and activate your license on your device
• Respond to support requests and resolve technical issues
• Prevent unauthorized use and fraudulent activations
• Meet legal obligations when required by applicable law

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the service.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the service. License and contact data is removed within 90 days of service termination. Payment records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable financial law. You may request early deletion by contacting us at support@luxplayer.app.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except in the following limited circumstances:

• PayPal: Payment processing is handled entirely by PayPal. We receive only a transaction ID and confirmation status. Their practices are governed by the PayPal Privacy Policy.
• Hosting infrastructure: Our servers are operated by third-party providers under data processing agreements. They are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose data when required by law or court order.

6. Cookies

Our website uses only essential technical cookies required for the upload and activation portals to function. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or any third-party tracking technologies.

We apply appropriate technical measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption for all website traffic and access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we take all reasonable steps to protect your information.
